migrating files in EasyPHP to c-panel

Is there any tutorials/blogs for assistance on EasyPHP, ie. where do I change the url in the PHPmyadmin area. Have tried all the usual. Is there any one expert who write on this toipic?
Also when downloading an update version of EasyPHP do I delete the past files?
