Hi! I'm a web development beginner that has been doing some work using EasyPHP 5.3.9 (thank you!)
Now I would like to upgrade to 12.1. I get the following message from the setup program:
"Before upgrating to this version
- save your datas (scripts, bases, configuration files, logs …)
- if you run servers as services, uninstall them (IMPORTANT)"
Of course I can copy de databases data and copy them back after the upgrade, but I don't know exactly what are "my datas". I see many files in many subdirectories that have been updated since 5.3.9 was installed.
Could I have a list of the files that need to be saved and copied back on the fresh 12.1 installation?
I have no idea if "I" run "servers" as "services". Can I forget about this?
Sorry, you know a lot that beginners don't know. Could you help?
Thanks a lot!
Rick
