early post concerning xdebug freeze comes from known bug in Apache release x32 in easyphp, with error:
AH00341: winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed that causes loss of net resource. solution would be to have an x64 release of Easy PHP, includinding Apache x64.
