error in apache

Hi

I setup a new windows and i installed easyphp.

this error comes up:
Error In Apache Configuration File:
"The System Cannot Execute The Specified Program."
Edit? Yes No

my description:
it doesn`t have any log.
it doesn`t save any log.
i installed several easyphp versions 12.1, 12.0

only way I can work with it is easyphp ver2.0 that i recently installed! what should I do if I wanna install last versions!

For those you are having apache errors try to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package.
