Accessing local server over WiFI

I'm having trouble accessing local server that is running on Windows 7 64bit.
I'm trying to access the server from Android tablet, I've tried typing in the browser bar, and computer local ip but the browser reports it can't access the page.
Strange this is that my tablet is connected to the computer via some programs, and I can modify/delete files both ways.
But there is no way to access the server on my computer.

Also, I should point out that I have one alias setup.

# == !!! DO NOT REMOVE !!! ===================================================
### Alias EasyPHP
# ============================================================================
Alias "/server" "C:/server"
<Directory "C:/server">
Options FollowSymLinks Indexes
AllowOverride All
Order deny,allow
Allow from
deny from all
# ============================================================================
### Alias End
# ============================================================================

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've looked at the FAQ, in EasyPHP section I can't find anytihing.
And Apache site was down.
Can you please pinpoint the question in the FAQ?

You're adding local host as the allowed computer - you actually need to add the IP addresses of the devices that you want to be able to access the web server.

I'm not familiar at all with tablets(I'm still running a mothball tower), but if it connects through WiFi you should be able to get something from the settings.

For example: Tablet's IP is

You would add the allow line to
