how to change mysql directory

I want to change default www and mysql/data directories to bake my backup easier.
Changing www directory is easy: it suffices to create a www alias.
But I was not able to set up Easyphp to define another working mysql directory.
How to do?

it's in mysql.ini file. Stop mysql, move your folder and restart mysql.
