How to Configure XDebug Manager

I have downloaded the module of xdebug manger and ran the exe file and then I am not sure what I should do to configure it so I can get xdebug working. Can someone either post here or email me at alexwebster93@gmail.com? I will post the results of what was going on if someone does email me. Thanks!
