I always using easyphp on my computer. This time I install my another computer. But I want to open easyphp then apache is crashing. This is the Error Message :
Apache connat be runned : Another web server use the web port or port is blocked by firewall.
I use the Eset Nod32 Antivirus 4.0.437.0

J'ai une page avec une bannière en *.swf lorsque j'ouvre la page dans son répertoire la bannière en flash apparait mais lorsque je déplace le site dans www après et lorsque je l'ouvre par l'adresse [localhost]... ou mon adresse IP l'animation n'apparait plus. Il n'y a que du blanc a l'emplacement ou devrait être le flash.

Il y a t il des configurations a faire?

I have just installed 5.3.2.i and have changed the server port from 80 to either :8080 or:8994 and have allowed Apache access to that port from within my subnet. When I load easyphp, it reports that it's started. Clicking local web, opens the folder where my content lives; clicking administration brings up the page so I can manage my DB, aliases etc. When I click Configure, PHPMyAdmin, I get the authenticaton box appear (changed in config.inc.php to http from config), but when typing in the correct user name and password, all I get is a blank screen.

If I disable my wireless adapter and return the port to the standard :80 and restart easyphp, it works ok. How can I get it to work on a different port so I can test my scripts locally while still connected to the internet using port 80 for actual web content?

Hello all!! Please help me........

I have installed EasyPHP 5.3.2i and I will work with postgresql later. But why in easyphp extension can not be used? I have chosen and php_pgsql.dll php_pdo_pgsql.dll extensions in the extension box. But after I 'apply' always warning dialog that says:

"Warning, PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C: \ progra ~ 1 \ EASYPH ~ 1:21 \ php \ ext \ php_pdo_pgsql.dll'-The specified module Could not be found."

But after I checked in that folder, I found the extension php_pdo_pgsql.dll and php_pgsql.dll. why did this happen? How to fix this?

Please resolve this problem, I hope anyone can solve them. Thank you, sorry for my bad languages...........

When I tried to run PHP from dos command, it's failed to connect to MySQL with messages:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect() on line ...

It's work fine when I call it with browser.

Any Idea to solved it. It's work before on easyPHP 1.8

Hi,

I am wondering if it is possible to use a favicon in easyphp. I have created one, placed it both in the root directory \www\ as well as in the sub-directory where my website lies. What I am doing wrong?

I can include it from this external server but it doesn't work if I rename it to favicon.ico and just put it into one of the directories I just wrote about. Ideas?

quisiera que me ayuden tengo instalado el EsayPHP 5.3.2i en una pc funcionando mi web principal, en otra pc tengo otro servidor con easyPHP 1.8 con un juego (gunbound), tengo una ip publica fija y dos dominios registrados en no ip una de ellas que es mi principal [principal.sytes.net] y la otra es [juego.servegame.com] mi pregunta es como hago para que elapache reconosca el dominio de [juego.servegame.com] en el servidor secundario con el EasyPHP 1.8.

Hi,

I have a problem that sometimes my databases or the tables in it get deleted after I shut down the computer. However, I must admit that I sometimes also forget to turn off Easyphp.

Also, how can I remove the writing protection in my easyphp folder? ATM I have to execute the texteditor notepad ++ as adminstrator.

I am using WIndows 7, 32-Bit edition

J'utilise EasyPhp 5.3.3 qui est livré avec PHP 5.3.3TS : Thread Safe.
Sous Zend Studio 7.2, j'utilise beaucoup le Debugger, malheureusement, la DLL "ZendDebugger.dll" livrée est pour une version PHP NTS : Non thread Safe, donc impossibilité de faire tourner le Debugger de Zend qui est super pratique dans l'enrironnement ZendStudio.
J'ai essayé de forcer l'utilisation de PHP 5.3.3 NTS VC9, mais il manque les dll php5apache2_2.dll et toutes les autres compilées pour PHP 5.3.3 NTS.
Au lancement, j'ai bien la version Non Thread Safe qui se lance, mais il y a conflit avec la DLL Php pour Apache.

Y aura t'il une version d'EasyPhp 5.3.3 NTS disponible ?

Moi je n'arrive pas a avoir le vert avec apache j'ai essayé en cliquant sur la touche apache, puis sur le logo d'easyPHP clic droit

Error Logging into phpmyadmin after changing root password (2 replies)

Hello,

I apologize if this is rambling or confusing, but after 4 hours of trying to fix this mistake I'm feeling fatigued.

As to coincide with a configuration on a previous computer, I, after installing this version of Easy Php on my new computer, logged into phpmyadmin and changed the root user password. This automatically gave me this error upon trying to access another page:

#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

and has done so since.

This has been after changing the config.inc.php file to supply the the password, uninstalling the program, uninstalling the program again as well as deleting the virtual store location and then moving the file to something outside of Program Files (x86), restarting the computer a bunch of times, and trying to force feed a file that stated:

UPDATE mysql.user SET Password=PASSWORD('') WHERE User='root';
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

into mysql directly. I received this error eventually after failing to feed the file and trying to access mysql directly that stated:

@2003 cannot connect to server on local host

At this point I just want to a fresh start. I'll be happy to reinstall EasyPhp and create another user other than host, but so far I have not been able to eradicate the source of the problem. I even went searching through the registry, but I wasn't able to locate any files associated with EasyPhp or Mysql.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I was setting up my new build (running Windows 7, I guess I should mention) and planning on meeting up with a potential client later this week. Now I'm worried that my current client's work will not be finished in time for that, and I'll have more than this problem.

When attempting to connect a site to a database in Dreamweaver using the MySql Connection in Easy PHP 5.3.2I, I first get a box entitled ‘Select Database’. There are no options to select in the section of the box that looks as if it is designed to make a selection, (only the word loading …). It is as if a database had not already been loaded, which it had. Then, quite quickly, another box pops up. This one is entitled Testing Database Connection, but again it never produces a result.

Later, when right-clicking on the EasyPHP icon on Desktop, and then selecting Log Files, the following list appears:
Apache Error
Apache Acces
MySql Error
Easy PHP

When selecting the Apache error file, a Notepad pops up stating:
Cannot find the C:\PROGRA~1\EASYPH#1.2I\apache\logs\error.log file.
When selecting the MySql Error, a similar Notepad pops up stating:
Cannot find the C:\PROGRA~1\EASYPH#1.2I\mysql\data\CHRISTOPHER-PC.err file.
(Variations on this theme occur when selecting the other two options.

I am using Windows Vista and Dreamweaver 8. Can you help?

Hi, can anybody help me?
I've just installed EasyPHP 5.3.2i on two windows 7 pcs, and in both of them i encountered the same problem.

When i open a php page from local web it shows the page without executing the php script part.
It shows the html part without mind to the php part, for example:

if(!session_is_registered(_userid))

$_SESSION['source']=$_SERVER['PHP_SELF'];

}
?>

I've tried in my altervista webspace and it worked well redirecting the page to login.php not showing the control panel.
In all the logs files there aren't any errors and everything is running propely.

Do i miss to config something?

P.s. I've just tried EasyPHP 5.2.10 as well...same!
The only error i found in logs is about favicon:
File does not exist: C:/Program Files/EasyPHP5.2.10/www/favicon.ico

I have a problam of my uploading script. Easyphp simply not working properly for uploading files to a spesific localhost folder. I need to save brwsed file to www/upload folder. I changed folder permitions, used all kinds of file paths, updated php.ini file to 20M and allowed uploading in php.ini and tryed it in windows xp and Windows 7.

I am trying to use Zend Optimizer with EasyPHP, I downloaded "Zend Optimizer 3.3.9 (32 bit)" from [www.zend.com], when installing it asked for php.ini folder, I choose. $EASYPHPINSTALLFOLDER/conf_files/.
Then it asked for apache root, I tried setting it to /www/ but it failed because it couldn't find httpd.conf, so I choose /www/ and it installed.

But i still get error: "Zend Optimizer not installed"

My conf_files/php.ini contains:

zend_extension_manager.optimizer_ts="C:\Program Files\Zend\ZendOptimizer-3.3.0\lib\Optimizer-3.3.0"
zend_extension_ts="C:\Program Files\Zend\ZendOptimizer-3.3.0\lib\ZendExtensionManager.dll"

Both path exists.
I've done a search on this forum and also in google, but coulnd't find any info, can someone help me using Zend with EasyPHP?

I installed EasyPHP, created a folder inside www, named Projects, dropped in there the date.php file from the example, and tried to run it by clicking on 'Open www'. However the button (although it seems 'live' because it's clickable) doesn't open a page nor do anything.
