I'm just gonna make a wild guess. But reading your question:
"PHP Startup: bz2: Unable to initialize module Module compiled with build ID=API20090626, TS, VC6 PHP compiled with build ID=API20090626, TS, VC9 These options need to match"

I think there's a bug in EasyPHP 5.3.0. It looks like the Module and the core PHP compiled using different version of compiler.

Please take note that the PHP for Windows website (http://windows.php.net/) says:
- VC6 Versions are compiled with the legacy Visual Studio 6 compiler
- VC9 Versions are compiled with the Visual Studio 2008 compiler

i can´t start phpMyAdmin, when i try to do it, it appears:

"access denied
can´t connect:invalid configurations

phpMyAdmin tried to connect to MySql server and the connection was refused. check server, username and password in config.inc.php and make sure they match with the information provided by the MySql server Admin."

It looks like that last procedure I did worked after all. I had to actually completely quit out of EasyPHP and then re-launch it. It appears that just doing a stop/start of the servers is not enough after an edit of the 'my.ini' file.

It looks like everything is from a couple of days ago though. I think the phpMyAdmin page has always been working (no problems). The latest thing I've tried is to: (1) Stop Apache and MySQL (2) Copy the entire contents of 'C:\Program Files\EasyPHP5.3.0\mysql\data' to 'F:\My Documents\EasyPHP5.3.0\mysql\data' (3) Change the "datadir" path to the new one in the MySQL config file (using forward slashes in the path) (4) Start MySQL and Apache.

When I did that, I did not get an error. However, when I checked to see if MySQL is writing new databases to the new location, I found it was still writing to the original path (even with that line commented out with '#' in the MySQL config file).

The MySQL config file (my.ini) looks like the following:

#Path to the database root
#datadir="${path}/mysql/data/"
datadir="F:/My Documents/EasyPHP5.3.0/mysql/data/"

I'm sure there's something I'm over looking. I wonder if the config file accepts spaces in the path name. Reason: Wrong Aliases in predifined httpd.conf in this version

Solution:
Open httpd.conf
Found [Alias home/mysql "${path}/phpmyadmin"]
Replace it with [Alias /mysql "${path}/phpmyadmin"]
