importation refusée

Bonjour,
Je viens d'installer EasyPHP 2.0 et FileZilla sur mon portable sous Vista.
J'ai créé un répertoire dans www pour y importer mon site...
Flz ouvre bien le site distant mais ne peut pas écrire dans le répertoire créé:
"Echec lors de l'ouverture de C:\ProgramsFile.....\www\index.htm
(ça marche sous XP sur mon PC fixe)
Une histoire de pare-feu ?
Merci pour vos conseils (in french, if possible !)

Pardon, c'est la version 3.0.
Je peux avec FileZilla envoyer un fichier sur le site distant mais pas l'inverse.

Il faut lancer FileZilla en tant qu'administrateur, ou avec Vista désactiver la cochonnerie appelée UAC (User Account Control, ou encore Contrôle des comptes d'utilisateur)
