Error External MySQL

Heya people
I have a problem and I might need your help, I configured EasyPHP to listen on External IP, the http server is running fine, all settings on apache've been set correctly, But when i try to access MySQL on external IP, I recieve the following message: "1130 - 'Host' 'ip-ip-ip-ip.dns.dns.dns' don't have the permission to connect to this MySQL server.

I setted the external IP on My.cnf in the mysql folder as well, and nothing happened, I keep getting this error... Can anybody help me?
