Hi boys, i was be do any "stupid thing", but runs good; i works in vista, and when i have this error, i do this:
1 - open task manager
2 - open services tab
3 - call the services button (this open the services panel)
4 - stop Apache2 service
5 - open easyPHP control panel
6 - call the Apache button and Start.

this was functioning really good for me, please test in your machines this sollution, i think that it is more easy but in my country we have any sentence: "Cada quien mata sus pulgas a su modo" - Any one kill their bug in their way...
