Access from outside

When i'm trying to access my localhost from the outside (using IP as reference), i get a "Page cannot be displayed", even though i have a index.php.

I think that it has something to do with the accesscontrol in Apache, but I don't know how to fix it (or if it even is that) - any advise?

I already did that and as far as I can read it should be accesible (trying to acces it by LAN), but it's not. I've also tried to completely turn off my firewall to if that was the problem, but it didn't help.

EDIT; And yes, I can be pinged from other machines on the network and they have no problems accessing me through the Windows explorer to reach my files :)

How are you trying to access the server machine from the client one ?
You must use the server machine's IP address as a machine name to access it.
Avoid using the NetBios name, because it may not work correctly.
