phpmyadmin error

Hi. I installed easyphp on an xp machine. everything seemed to work, but I get this when i try to run phpmyadmin:


"phpmyadmin error".

"Cannot load mysql extension. Please check your PHP configuration"


any ideas? thanks..

Hi shades,

Due to license limitations, MySQL is disabled by default in PHP5.
You have to manually enable it.
You will find information on how to enable mysql support on [php.net] in section installation.
