problem installing joomla under easyphp

Hello.

I have installed easyphp under windows vista. The apache don't run because the computer said another web server it's running... I solve this problem making in the easyphp config the apache and mysql like a window's process and all semaphores are green... but then... when I try to install joomla I have this problem:

Versión de PHP >= 4.3.10 Sí
- Soporte para compresión zllib Sí
- Soporte para XML Sí
- Soporte MySQL No
El idioma predeterminado es multibyte (MB) Sí
Variable de sobrecarga para funciones de cadenas multibyte desactivada Sí
configuration.php Escribible Sí


PHP does not support mysql and then I can't create the db.

How I can solve this problem?

Hello evalenti,

You are using EasyPHP2.0, which runs PHP 5, in chich Mysql support is disabled by default, due to license incompatibilities between PHP and MySQL. You may enable MySQL support by following instructions given in PHP documentation here : [php.net]
