message d'erreur: port déjà occué ou blocqué

Bonjour,
lorsque je lance easyPhp 2,0 j'ai le message comme quoi "le serveur n'a pas pu se lancer:un autre serveur utilise le port requit ou le port est bloqué par un pare feu"
Pourtant le pare feu autorise son accès, et je en vois pas quel autre serveur occuperait le port?

Est-ce que si j'ai filzilla même non connecté il y aurait un conflit?
