Problem with Easyphp 2.0.0 and an installed MySQL-DB

Dear Forum,

from my friend i hear, that EASYPHP is a super Software for offline testing own php-programs.
He told, me to download and install. After that start EASYPHP.
I do this, after starting EASYPHP doesn't start mysql because, i have an installed
mysql server on my system.
The message told me, that a mysql-Server is using port 3306. I edit the mysql.ini File in the EASYPHP Filestructure on Port 3308. But the EASYPHP mysql-server doesn't start.
where is the problem.
