EasyPHP & Vista

Having issues with EasyPHP2.0b1 and MS Vista....

HTML pages with Javascript are failing, that is, none of the JS works. This happens on all browsers that I have tried (IE, FF, and Opera).

The *exact same* JS and HTML works fine on a WinXP machine (also with EasyPHP2.0b1).

The *exact same* page also works fine on the Vista PC, if I FTP to an internet website and access it there.

Does anyone know, is there an issue with EasyPHP+Vista? Or is there a some Vista configuration that does not allow JS for locally hosted serers?
