Need help with a problem

I am trying to pull a running php site off the web so it can be taken places we do not have internet connectivity... I have the site down and all of the html and database things are loading but the php is displaying a long list of errors(following message). The webserver is a Linux server with Apache and I am putting it on a Windows XP machine with EasyPHP 2.0 Is there something obvious that I am missing such as you can't even do this??? PLEASE HELP!!!!
