port 80 is use et impossible de le changer

J ai deja le port 80 utilisé par une autre appli et quand je modifie le fichier httpd.conf avec un port different dans la cmd Listen
easyphp continue a vouloir ecouter sur 80 et se plante, meme en faisant un start stop
Comment peut on modifier son port d écoute ?

J'ai le même problème décrit ci-haut.

Config : Win 2003 server
Serveur WEB deja installé : IIS

Même si je change les port dans le fichier config d'Apache, j'ai toujours le message d'erreur comme quoi le port est utilisé par une autre application.
