Running PHP programs outside the browser using EasyPHP

The subjects says it all. How do I run my PHP program using EasyPHP straight from the desktop?

I've tried using php.exe, but it says "Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library ./php_gd2.dll - The specified module could not be found."

specify you php.ini file path (in apache dir with easyphp)
