Not working anymore

It was working then it just stopped. Now every time I try going to the local web I get a message saying:

Failure To Connect To Web Server
Failure To Connect To Web Server

I've tried uninstalling and installing it again and it didn't work. Please help.

I got it working. Proxy problem.

New problem though. Configuration -> PhpMyAdmin tries to open [127.0.0.1] but I get a 404 error. and MySQL itself just opens a stupid notepad document.

The 404 problem is a known bug.
The correct URL for PHPMyAdmin is [localhost]

As for the MySQL problem, can you be more precise on what operations you are doing, and what was expected ?
