bug if i change port 80

even if i change listen port (and set, e.g., Listen 8080) when i start apache it tells me that port 80 is used by skype.

if i start apache and then start skype no problem.

You must tell skype do not use 80 port ;)

It is more probable that you edited the wrong file.
Ensure you edit EasyPHP/conf_files/httpd.conf and NOT EasyPHP/Apache/conf/httpd.conf
If you want to be sure, you may also use EasyPHP Menu > Configuration > Apache

and i don't want to change port 80 in skype.
attention: i changed listen port from 80 to 8080, and apache now works on 8080! i use [localhost] but when i start easyphp it tell to me that port 80 is in use by skype! it check port 80 even if it isn't used by apache, this is the problem!

This sounds like a missing/incomplete feature in EasyPHP2.0
You may uncheck the "Check server's TCP port before starting" option in EasyPHP prefs.
Thoses are accessible in EasyPHP Menu > Configuration > EasyPHP
