Error when instaling on vista

I use to run this app on xp with no issues, but i have downloaded the new beta onto Vista and i am getting this error when i start it.

"Apache cannot be runned: another web server use the Web port or port is blocked by firewall"

I have checked my firewall settings and even went as far as disabling the firewall. Still not sure how to fix this.

Any one have any ideas?

Then you have another program running on port 80.
You will need either to disable it or to make Apache run on another port.
