can't launch browser annoyance

Hi! I have just downloaded and intstalled EasyPHP 2.0beta and it works well. The only thing which is weird and annoying is, when I want to open the local web via the tray icon, a popup appears with the message: "Can't launch browser: copy address in your favorite browser: [127.0.0.1]. (to correct this errror, define a favorite browser)" and then firefox opens the my local EasyPHP page as it should. The point is that I already have defined a favorite browser - firefox. I've tried to uncheck the favorite browser section in firefox in hope, EasyPHP would open IE as default one, without the popup, but without any positive results. I've also tried the same in internet explorer, but the popup still appears.

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

This is due to the way firefox handles windows events.
If you try to launch a webpage from Start > Run menu, you will get an error as well.

This sounds like a bug to be reported to them ...

thanks for your reply.

i've tried to run it via the run command with "firefox.exe [127.0.0.1"]; and it worked without showing the popup! i've also downloaded and installed it on vista x64 and it works like it should without the error/warning message. in both cases i got the latest versions of firefox and ie, just on my business computer with windows xp this popup irritates me over and over again :/ i'll run it directly via a shortcut from now on. no big deal anyway :)

I mean it does show the popup if you run directly the URL , without the "firefox.exe" before it.
