MySQL [Warning] error

I would like to know, how can I fix this error?
Found in mySql error log [EasyPHP 1.8], appears all the time server is starting:

081105 8:04:49 InnoDB: Started; log sequence number 0 43634
081105 8:04:49 [Warning] mysql.user table is not updated to new password format; Disabling new password usage until mysql_fix_privilege_tables is run
081105 8:04:49 [Warning] Can't open and lock time zone table: Table 'mysql.time_zone_leap_second' doesn't exist trying to live without them

Try to remove application and run setup again and before changing default config try to look in forums how to change password or privileges.

eske le USER bechir existe dans la table des utilisateurs MYSQL ?
Si non ajoute le avec un GRANT ALL sur la base qu'il utilise
