why asp can't run on easyphp ?

hi for everybody
i am a beginner programmer of php pages.i like programming in php, it is nice to use for me and if you want can you make script very powerful.
but ,cause my studing, i must learn asp pages.
well i have some questions for you
Does asp pages run on easyphp ?
if no
why asp can't run on easyphp ?
