Proxy

J'ai un serveur easyphp1.8 sur un LAN.
Sur cette même machine, IE est configuré par un script automatique afin de definir le serveur proxy pour accéder à internet.

Le problème, c'est que je suis incapble depuis du code PHP d'accéder à des site internet :

Ex : lire un fichier XML sur du http afin de récupérer un flux RSS.
Comment configurer easyphp afin de pouvoir utiliser mon proxy ?
