Problem to start Myphpadmin

Hi,
I am using easyphp 1.8. With this features I have also PHPmyadmin. How can I start it. I read at the homepage of PHPmyadmin that one has to change the name of directory from version to phpmyadmin,but I have not find any directory named version. Can any body help me how can I start Phpmyadmin? I want to create databank.
