accès depuis poste distant

J'ai développé un site en local qui marche bien.
Je souhaite accéder au site depuis un autre poste installé sur le réseau.
pour celà je tape dans IE [mon] adresse ip/index.php

j'obtiens le message 'impossible d'afficher la page'

j'ai désactivé mon firewall pour voir mais j'obtines le même résultat.

Comment dois-je procéder >?
