problem with installing joomla , windows 7 ( maybe problem with users permission )

Hi, I have problem when I am installing joomla ( old , new version , I tried everyone ) ... When I write all data to login ( root , localhost ...) It all freeze and after few secons loading I see only white page ... Can be problem with User permission on Windows 7 ?? because something i see error lof , that i have no permission to do with something ( when i copy file or like that )

It's not localhost, but 127.0.0.1 for mysql host ;)
