can't establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1. WIN 7

I am using WIN 7.
I installed EasyPHP 5.3.3. The program start normal, but when i try cu access administration i get the following Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1.
i have run easyphp with administration privilege and also in compatibility but nothing changed.
I do not have another program to run on port 80.
on internet explorer i made a diagnose connection an get this:

I also try port 8080 and get the same error.

Please Help ME

check with TCPView, procexp, Apache run and listen on 80, and there's no other program listenning on port 80.
