Apache Server is not starting

I always using easyphp on my computer. This time I install my another computer. But I want to open easyphp then apache is crashing. This is the Error Message :
Apache connat be runned : Another web server use the web port or port is blocked by firewall.
I use the Eset Nod32 Antivirus 4.0.437.0
Please help me :(

After installing EasyPHP.5.3.3. sucessfully and selecting 'Administration' the Internet Explorer starts and sends the following message: 'The webpage "127.0.0.1" cannot be found'. I got this message selecting 'Local web' as well.

No other server service is running on my computer.

Checking the server both 'Apache' and 'MySql' are started (got green lamps) and there is the message: '23/08 16:28:34 EasyPHP: Servers Starting'.

Is there sombody who is able to help me?

Can you access to that url : "[127.0.0.1"]; ?

Can you see with TCPView, which program is using TCP 80 port ?

I am not able to connect directly to 127.0.0.1 after EasyPHP is tarted.

The TCP port 80 is not used by other programs. This was controlled when EasyPHP was not running. Starting EasyPHP I have got the same results. The apache.exe is missing from TCPView's list in spite of the Task Manager shows that apache.exe as well as EasyPHP.exe processes are running.

This problem presented itself in my dasktop computer running on Windows XP Home with SP3. The same system is running on my laptop as well. To control the situation I have installed EasyPHP on the laptop and when EasyPHP is running the Apache is listed with Local Port 'http'. And works faultlessly. The Task Manager shows both apache.exe and EasyPHP.exe are running.

Do you have some idea what is wrong?

Yes, I have tried to disable the firewall. Just for the record on my laptop the same firewell is enabled and the EasyPHP works well.

Checking the 'apache error' as well as the 'apache access' logs I got the answer in both cases that the log can not be found.

I'm surprised logs don't exist...

If you manually open that logs (into Apache directory, or EasyPHP directory), are they empty ?

I can't start APACHE server, it's stopped! the error occurs is "unexpected end of Apache!"
I've already try to de-flag the option "check server's TCP port before starting" and I've already tried to disable firewall but nothing changed!

Can somebody help me to find out the solution, please?

I don't connect "127.0.0.1" url.
"The conntection is reset" -> Mozilla Firefox
