MySQL failed on DOS command

Dear All,
Please help me to configure on this easyPHP 5.3.2i.

When I tried to run PHP from dos command, it's failed to connect to MySQL with messages:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect() on line ...

It's work fine when I call it with browser.

Any Idea to solved it. It's work before on easyPHP 1.8
