url rewriting problem

Hello,
I have a problem with url rewriting
I create the file .htaccess to use url rewriting.
I config the apache file httpd.conf to allow url rewriting

I have a problem with WORDPRESS but I dont understand!!

In apache log :

I try to increase the limti , BUT THIS SEEMS A LOOP!! CAUSED BY WORDPRESS!
