Must I log in as Admin on Win 7?

I installed on Win 7 as Admin, set servers to run as Service and all seems well. I usually only log in Admin for admin stuff. I Switch User to my 'normal' user and there is no EasyPHP in Taskbar. I start it from Start Menu and it says I am not Admin so have limited functionality. So I start it but servers will not start (I have red lights). Can we make this work from my User Login? Should I install from my User Login?

Try to install easyphp in another folder. The program files folder's is restrict to adimin. I solve the problem instaling out of the program files folder.
