EasyPHP doesnt working

It isnt working. I installed for 5 times this program. But when i rightclick the icon (in the systemiconS) and click Explorer, Administration, Local Web, always it doesnt working. A page coming which is write on it "Page Can not Be Displayed". What should I do?
