Problem with "localhost"

Hello, i have a problem with localhost directory.
For example "localhost:8080" working perfectly (easyphp directory), but "localhost" screen "Index of /"

Where is the problem ? Maybe in hosts file ?

Problem is resolved :)

In SP2 addition windows firewall blocked port 80
