Easy php and extension OCI8

Please can someone explain me how to load the extension php_oci8. I try to do it but everytime I obtain this error: "Le point d'entrée de procedure OCILobRead2 est introuvable dans la bibliothèque de liaison dynamique OCI.dll". thanks
