Transfer MYSQL data from Version 3.0

Hi,

I have been running EasyPhp v 3.0 for the last few years (didnt realise there were new updates).

I just downloaded the latest version (5.3.2i) without deleting the version 3.0. EasyPHP 5.3.2i was created in another folder. The thing is that if I run EasyPHP 5.3.2i, all my mysql data (DB and stuff) from v.3.0 are gone!

How can I transfer the mysql data from the v 3.0 to the latest version??

I need help quick, thanks guys!
