PHP Startup: dbg: Unable to initialize module

Following warning display twice when I start easyPHP5.3.2.0

Warning
PHP Startup: dbg: Unable to initialize module
Module compiled with module API=20060613
PHP compiled with module API=20090626
These options need to match


After clicking OK easyphp run OK but when php connect to MySQL this warning appear twice again and web browser display
"The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."

What is the solution??
