Apache Apache cannot be runned : another Web server use the Web port or port is blocked by firewall.

I've just installed EasyPHP

And get the following error:

"Apache Apache cannot be runned : another Web server use the Web port or port is blocked by firewall."

I don't think another web server is using the port - how can I find out?

Blocked by a firewall?
What (generic) steps are there for allowing to run under a firewall?
