problem to connect to the intranet after a restart of the computer

Hello,

I have a recurrent problem with a website that I host on my computer in my company. Here it is : when I restart my computer, the website is no longer accessible to others. Sometime, it takes just one hour or two to be accessible again but some other time, it will take one day.

Have you an idea as to what I did wrong? I'm a total newbie at this!!! Thank you very much!

Can you try to set servers as Service ?
