need help getting started

I just downloaded EasyPHP and am trying to start it for the first time. MySQL won't start and gives me the error message unexpected end of MySQL. It seems to be missing an file ending in extension .err. The log asks me if I want to create it, and opens notepad, but won't let me save a file into the folder required by the path. Can anyone help me get started. Thanks

Can you try to run EasyPHP as Administrator, with right click on EasyPHP's Start Menu icon and "run as Administrator" ?
