Can't connect to Apache from Intranet

Hi,
I wonder if some could help me out, i'm really stuck and i need to get this problem resolved at work. I installed EasyPhp 5.3 and i've had no problem connecting to Apache on localhost. However when i tried to connect form another pc on the same network segment i just can't connect to apache. I inserted the line "Listen 172.19.1.86:80" (my other laptop)to the httpd.conf file with no success. I'm using Xp with firewall disabled. When i ran "netstat -a" i could not see port 80 listed, but when i entered "Listen 127.0.0.1:80" in the conf file i could see port 80 listed in netstat. Is there something i'm doing wrong? Any help will greatly appreciated.

- check listenning address is what you want with netstat
