Problem accessing files on an intranet.

I am using easyphp 5.3.0 that i downloaded recently. I installed it onto my computer and then installed wordpress on it. It is working absolutely fine on my computer. WinXP SP3. However, the problem lies in accessing the files from another computer on intranet. We have 15 computers connected to each other through two switches. Each having a fixed IP. I used the IP to access the "web server" of easyphp. What it produces is plain text and no css, no images. Basically anything which is not on the same folder. It is accessing mysql alright. what can i do to resolve this. I have been working on easyphp 2.0/1 for a long time and had no such problems with that version.
