A FAQ for "another Web server use the Web port ..." would be nice

I installed EasyPHP 5.3, and when I ran it I got the message:

Apache cannot be runned: another Web server use the Web port or port is blocked by firewall.

I tried searching this forum but got:

Access denied for user 'easyphp'@'localhost' to database 'easyphp': create temporary table phorum_search_ft_35027d028d6dbb11d41d8a727e44e25d (key(message_id)) ENGINE=HEAP select message_id from phorum_search where MATCH (search_text) AGAINST ('+Apache +cannot +be +runned' IN BOOLEAN MODE)

Luckily Google came up with the answer (on Yahoo of all places), that Skype interferes is the problem.

I think it'd be nice if this was added to the FAQ.
