Amour means that you can't serve pages over the internet.
It's a local private server not accessible outside your machine.
If you want to have whatever you use EasyPHP for visible to the world you need to either upload the result to a server or build a Linux server and register a domain.
In other words you can use it like so:
-Private server for a local software like, um, recording details about your stamps collection... or somesuch;
-Out of site development platform, like for exemple, build your (free-hosted as I personnally do) website then when it works, upload to your server (files, mysql DB, etc). Think (the now defunct) Geocities. Faster than "change-upload-test-change..." (man that was such a pain... *cough* sorry).
