Parse error, help!

Parse error: parse error in C:\Program Files\EasyPHP5.3.0\www\index.php on line 165 (line 165 is the last line of the code)

Parse error: parse error in C:\Program Files\EasyPHP5.3.0\www\register.php on line 96 (line 96 is the last line of code)

and so on in all my pages

I have imported my fully working website that's online and have setup the tables in the database and everything, changed all the users and the empty pass correct in my php files and stuff.

When I try to go to ANY page no matter what I get this error? How can I fix this? Thanks!Y
