Apache: unexpected end of Apache

when i run easy php as administartor
this is the error i get when i try to start Apache
the error is found in EasyPHP error log files:
27/10 09:00:42 EasyPHP Apache2 ServerBase::Start ScanProcess -> 5276

When i start easyphp normal (not administartor)
i get this mysql error
